We want you to love your new fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Reward

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an instant Princess Polly store credit with a bonus value.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once scanned, you can track your return's journey back to our warehouse.
